This two-storey vacation retreat enables separation between adults and children, with different sleeping and living quarters if required. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas on the upper floor maximises the incredible panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and bushland. Full-height retractable glass doors open to a large entertaining balcony with glass balustrade where guests can enjoy casual breakfast and lunches, BBQ dinners, or enjoy fresh crispy pizzas from the Zesty woodfire pizza oven. An abundance of glazing ensures that the home is filled with natural light to create a calming and relaxing ambiance throughout. This house features an amazing games room with a specially designed billiard table, foosball table & genuine USA Imported Brunswick 16′ shuffleboard. For some downtime, guests can cosy up in front of the Gyrofocus suspended fireplace and enjoy a movie night with the 4.2 mt projector screen or 85-inch TV with 7.2 surround sound. The sleekly designed, bright, and spacious kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances and is every chef’s dream.
